These terms apply to junk removal and hauling work arranged through this site.

Quotes

Prices shown on this site are starting prices, not quotes. A quote is the figure we give you after seeing photos or the items themselves. If what is actually there differs materially from what we were shown, we will tell you before loading and agree on a revised price with you — never afterwards.

What we can accept

We take non-hazardous household and yard items. Some materials require specialized handling that we are not equipped for, including paint and chemicals, fuel and oil, propane and pressurized cylinders, asbestos or anything suspected of containing it, medical or biological waste, and ammunition or explosives. If you are unsure, ask before the appointment.

Access and safety

We need safe access to the items. We may decline to move something if doing so would risk injury or damage to the property — for example an unsafe stairway, an item too heavy to handle safely with the people present, or a load that would make the trailer unsafe on the road. We will always explain why.

What is yours to check

Please make sure that everything you point at is genuinely yours to dispose of, and that nothing you want to keep is in the load. Once items are removed we cannot retrieve them. Check pockets, drawers and boxes before we arrive.

Appointments

Appointments are Saturday and Sunday. If we cannot make a booked slot we will tell you as early as we can and offer the next available one. If you need to cancel, as much notice as possible is appreciated.

Not a garbage service

This is a weekend junk removal and hauling service. It is not a municipal or weekly residential garbage collection service, and it should not be relied on as one.
