Junk removal in Ocala, FL
- Do you work on weekends?
- Weekends are the only time we work. Appointments are Saturday and Sunday, booked in advance — so you are not taking a day off or waiting in on a weekday for a four-hour window.
- How do I pay, and when?
- Cash, Zelle or card. Payment is due when the job is done — there is no deposit and nothing to pay up front, so you are not sending money to someone you have not met yet. You see the loaded trailer and the cleared space before anything changes hands.
- How much does junk removal cost?
- It is priced by how much room the load takes on the trailer, starting around $75 for a small pickup and rising by volume from there. Those are starting prices rather than quotes: the final number depends on the amount and type of material, how far it has to be carried, where you are, and any disposal requirements. Send a few photos and you will get a real number before anything is booked.
- Do I need to move the junk outside first?
- No. We carry it out. It genuinely helps to tell us in advance if it is upstairs, through a narrow doorway, or behind a locked gate, because that affects both the price and how long it takes — but the lifting is ours.
- Can you remove furniture?
- Yes — couches, tables, chairs, dressers, desks, bed frames, patio furniture. A single couch is a perfectly normal job.
- Do you remove mattresses?
- Yes, including box springs. Mattresses often carry a separate disposal charge, so they are not simply priced as another item of the same size. The quote will say plainly what you are paying for.
- Do you remove appliances?
- Usually. Washers, dryers, dishwashers and stoves are routine. Anything containing refrigerant — fridges and freezers — depends on what can be accepted at the time, so ask before booking rather than after. Appliances need to be disconnected from water, gas or hardwired power before we arrive.
- Do you remove construction debris?
- Small amounts of non-hazardous material, yes — offcuts, an old vanity, a bit of drywall from a small job. A full demolition is a dumpster job rather than a trailer job, and we will tell you straight if that is what you have.
- Do you offer weekly garbage pickup?
- No. This is a weekend junk removal and hauling service, not a municipal or weekly residential garbage collection service. If you need regular household trash collection, that is your local provider rather than us.
- What areas do you serve?
- Ocala and the surrounding Marion County area, including Silver Springs, Belleview, Summerfield, The Villages, Dunnellon, Citra, Marion Oaks, Anthony, Reddick. If you are just outside that list, ask — it is usually a yes, and travel time will be in the quote rather than added afterwards.
- How do I get a quote?
- Send photos. Text them, or use the quote form on this site. A couple of wide shots of the pile tell us far more than a description, and you will get a price without anyone needing to visit first.
- Is there anything you cannot take?
- Some materials need specialized handling we are not set up for — paint and chemicals, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos or anything suspected of containing it, medical waste, and ammunition or explosives. If you are unsure whether something counts, send a photo and ask. It is a quick answer and it saves a wasted appointment.
- Do I need to be there when you come?
- Not always. For move-outs and estate clearances we can often work with an agent, a lockbox or a neighbor, as long as it is clear in advance what is going and what is staying.
