This policy covers what happens to the information you give us when you request a quote.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form or send us by text: your name, the contact details you choose to give, the address of the pickup if you provide it, a description of the items, and any photos you attach.

What we do with it

We use it to price the job and arrange the appointment. That is all. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list, and we do not share it with anyone who is not involved in doing the work.

Photos

Photos you send are used to quote and plan the job. We may keep them for our own records of work completed. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will delete them.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and job records are kept for normal business and accounting purposes. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a completed transaction.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and to record which buttons get used — for example how many people tap “Get a free quote” rather than calling. It is configured to measure pages and actions, not people.

It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not follow you to other websites. It does not collect your name, your phone number, or anything you type into a form. Because of that there is no consent banner to click, which we would rather not make you do anyway.
