Small demolition in Ocala, FL

Some things have to come apart before they can leave. A shed that has rotted through, a deck nobody uses, a run of kitchen cabinets after a refit — we take it down and the pieces go on the same trailer.

What we take

  • Garden sheds and small outbuildings
  • Decks, landings and wooden steps
  • Fencing and gates
  • Old kitchen and bathroom cabinets
  • Hot tubs and above-ground pool surrounds
  • Non-structural interior fittings

Teardown and haul-away in one visit

The reason to have the same people do both is that demolition creates the volume problem it is trying to solve. A deck that took an afternoon to remove is a full trailer by the end of it. We bring the trailer with us, so the job finishes when the last piece is loaded rather than leaving a pile in your yard until someone comes back for it.

Where we stop, and why we say so up front

This is small, non-structural work. Anything holding a building up, anything that needs utilities disconnected first, and anything involving material that needs specialized handling is not a job for a trailer and two people. Older structures in particular can contain material that has to be assessed before anyone touches it.

Some teardowns need a permit or a licensed contractor

Which ones depends on the structure and where it sits, and it is not something to guess at from a photo or take our word for. Send pictures and we will tell you honestly whether we think your job is straightforward or whether it is one to check with the county first — and if it is the second kind, we will say so rather than take the booking.

Straightforward pricing

Simple, volume-based pricing

Junk is priced by volume, not by item. These are starting points — send photos and we will give you the real number before anything is booked.

Small Pickup

$75+

Starting price

A few items — a couch, a mattress, a small pile from the garage.

1/4 Trailer

$175+

Starting price

A corner of the garage, or one room's worth of unwanted furniture.

1/2 Trailer

$250+

Starting price

A full garage bay, a shed, or a decent move-out load.

3/4 Trailer

$350+

Starting price

Most of a two-car garage, or a larger cleanout.

Full Trailer

$450+

Starting price

A whole-property cleanout or a big accumulation.

These are starting prices, not quotes. Final pricing depends on the amount and type of material, loading conditions, location, disposal requirements and other job-specific factors. Send photos and we will give you a straight number before we book anything.

Questions

Small Demolition — straight answers

Do you take the debris away too?
Yes, that is the point of doing it this way. The teardown and the haul-away are the same visit and the same quote, so you are not left with a pile.
Can you demolish a garage or part of a house?
No. This is small, non-structural work — sheds, decks, fences, cabinets and similar. Structural demolition is a different trade and a different kind of job, and we will tell you if that is what yours is.
How is it priced?
By the volume it produces, on the same trailer tiers as everything else, with the labor to take it apart reflected in the quote. Photos are what let us give you a real number rather than a range.
What about a hot tub?
Usually yes. They come apart into manageable pieces. Send photos including how it is sited and what is between it and the driveway — access is what decides how long it takes.
