Estate and property cleanouts in Ocala, FL
Clearing a family member's home is not the same job as clearing a garage, and it should not be treated like one.
What we take
- Full household contents
- Furniture from every room
- Garage, shed and attic contents
- Appliances
- Yard and patio items
- General household junk
Nothing leaves until you are sure
Families often find something they want partway through, and that is normal. We work at your pace and check rather than assume. If you need to stop and look through a box, we stop.
You do not have to be there for all of it
Some people want to be present for every item; others would rather not be in the house at all. Both are fine. Tell us which, and we will work accordingly and keep in touch by text if you prefer to stay away.
Sizing a whole property honestly
A full house is often more than one trailer load, and we would rather tell you that up front than discover it halfway through a Saturday. Send photos room by room — including the garage, shed and attic if there is one — and we will give you a realistic picture of the job and the cost.
Straightforward pricing
Simple, volume-based pricing
Junk is priced by volume, not by item. These are starting points — send photos and we will give you the real number before anything is booked.
Small Pickup
$75+
Starting price
A few items — a couch, a mattress, a small pile from the garage.
1/4 Trailer
$175+
Starting price
A corner of the garage, or one room's worth of unwanted furniture.
1/2 Trailer
$250+
Starting price
A full garage bay, a shed, or a decent move-out load.
3/4 Trailer
$350+
Starting price
Most of a two-car garage, or a larger cleanout.
Full Trailer
$450+
Starting price
A whole-property cleanout or a big accumulation.
These are starting prices, not quotes. Final pricing depends on the amount and type of material, loading conditions, location, disposal requirements and other job-specific factors. Send photos and we will give you a straight number before we book anything.
Questions
Estate Cleanouts — straight answers
- Can you do this over more than one weekend?
- Yes. Larger properties often take more than one visit, and that is a normal way to do it.
- What if we find things we want to keep?
- We set them aside. Nothing goes without you confirming it — that is the whole point of working at your pace.
- Can you work with an executor or attorney?
- Yes. Tell us who is authorizing the work and who will provide access, and we will keep that person informed.
