Garage cleanouts in Ocala, FL

Most garages in Marion County have not held a car in years. Clearing one is a weekend job that never quite happens, mostly because of what to do with the pile once it is out.

What we take

  • Boxes and general household clutter
  • Old furniture stored 'temporarily'
  • Broken tools and equipment
  • Bikes, sports gear and toys
  • Shelving and storage units
  • Scrap wood and offcuts

You point, we carry

The most useful thing you can do is decide what stays. Everything else is our problem. It helps to mark the keepers with tape before we arrive, which makes for a fast, calm appointment with no second-guessing.

Garages hide the things we cannot take

Paint cans, old fuel, propane bottles and half-used chemicals live at the back of almost every garage. Those need specialized handling we are not set up for. Photograph the shelf and we will tell you what to set aside before the day, so the rest goes smoothly.

Sizing a garage job from photos

A single-bay garage cleared to the walls is usually around a half trailer; a packed two-car garage can be a full one. Stand at the door and take two or three wide photos rather than close-ups — we are judging volume, not identifying items.

Straightforward pricing

Simple, volume-based pricing

Junk is priced by volume, not by item. These are starting points — send photos and we will give you the real number before anything is booked.

Small Pickup

$75+

Starting price

A few items — a couch, a mattress, a small pile from the garage.

1/4 Trailer

$175+

Starting price

A corner of the garage, or one room's worth of unwanted furniture.

1/2 Trailer

$250+

Starting price

A full garage bay, a shed, or a decent move-out load.

3/4 Trailer

$350+

Starting price

Most of a two-car garage, or a larger cleanout.

Full Trailer

$450+

Starting price

A whole-property cleanout or a big accumulation.

These are starting prices, not quotes. Final pricing depends on the amount and type of material, loading conditions, location, disposal requirements and other job-specific factors. Send photos and we will give you a straight number before we book anything.

Questions

Garage Cleanouts — straight answers

How long does a garage cleanout take?
A single-bay garage is usually a couple of hours. A packed two-car garage can be most of a morning. We will give you a time window with the quote.
Can I keep some things?
Of course. Mark what stays, or point as we go. Nothing leaves without you being sure about it.
What about the paint and chemicals?
Set those aside — we are not set up for materials needing specialized handling. Send a photo if you are unsure what counts and we will tell you.
